Needle Rollers are mainly known as
Rolling Element but also act as Bearing if to be used on hard shaft
and housing. Needle rollers are used where radial load and medium
speeds are encountered. Needle rollers can also be useful in
applications where the bearing envelope dimensions need to be kept
to a minimum. Needle rollers tend to have slightly rounded ends as a
stress-relieving feature, improving performance and life
characteristics.

Cylindrical rollers are used in
bearings where the majority load is in the radial direction.
Although mostly cylindrical in shape, some specialist bearings have
convex barrel shapes or concave profiles depending on the
application type and conditions.

MANUFACTURING PLANT - INDIA
MEC works are spread over an area of 16,000 sq. feet at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
with an installed capacity of over 720 million per annum.
QUALITY CONTROL
The various quality control procedures adopted by us to ensure
manufacturing of superior quality cylinder components include an extensive
inspection of raw materials, good & processes, finished product,
packaging and delivery. All these inspections are conducted using advance
equipment like metallurgical microscopes, roundness testers, roughness
testers, profile projectors, UTS machines, etc. Our stringent mechanisms
have enabled us to receive the ISO 9001:2000 certification.
